As an explosive 2017 beckons, Tim Penner now returns to Proton Music with the twin-track, "Lost Again" EP. Opener, "Kharon", is a rolling, hypnotic piece full of gravitas and seething dance floor prowess. A strong kick locks tightly to a running bass line, while lustrous arpeggio touches evolve elegantly into detailed sequences that reach a spine-tingling denouement in the breakdown. Percussive claps and hi-hat urgency usher in club familiarity while textured and granular effects sustain interest throughout. 

The title track is a work of beauty and majesty. Full of passion and imbued with Penner's personality and soul, a wondrous sustained bass line and crystalline arpeggio sequence create an exhilarating backdrop for a sumptuous vocal to sit atop, "Lost Again". 
Coalescing with a further counterpoint melodic line in breakdown and third movement, dynamism and vitality flow through the track's musical heart. 

With a new and original EP bearing the hallmark of genuine quality, Proton Music is delighted to rediscover Tim Penner through "Lost Again".
