UPCOMING FESTIVALS 2013 (SWEDEN)

 

This summer here in Sweden will probably be the most intensive festivalsummer in a couple of years when we talk about EDM (electronic dancemusic), we have the big festival in SUMMERBURST (Gothenburg and Stockholm) and we have the SANDSTORM FESTIVAL in Åhus (southern parts of Sweden), the BIG SLAP (Malmö) and BRÅVALLA FESTIVAL. 

First up of all festivals are the big festival of SUMMERBURST, probably one of the biggest festivals in Europe with a lot of heavy names. 

SUMMERBURST festival will take place in June 7-8 (Gothenburg) and June 14-15 in Stockholm. 

Line-Up Gothenburg: 

June 7 

DAVID GUETTA, STEVE AOKI, AN21, ARTY, CAZZETTE and LAFLEUR

This is the line-up´s that are clear, more acts will follow. 

Summerburst official @ WEBSITE 

Not so long after SUMMERBURST, next festival in Norrköping comes up, the BRÅVALLA FESTIVAL. A big festival and 2013 will be the biggest one so far. There are some differences though against SUMMERBURST, Bråvalla Festival is a festival that contains a lof of different musicstyle, ROCK, HIP HOP and POP for an example, you can read about all the artist on the three day festival at their website. 

That festival will be on June 27-29 and some of the artists in EDM ready so far is:

Bråvalla Festival @ ARTIST-SITE 

Next festival after Bråvalla that we are following is the SANDSTORM festival outside Kristianstad in ÅHUS. 

That festival will take place on July 27 and line-up´s so far are: 

ADRIAN LUX, JOHN DE SOHN and ANDALO, also ready to perform is the guys behind Dancesession in BAYAMO and FATWORK. More acts will follow, atleast one big name is soon ready to the festival.

Sandstorm Festival official WEBSITE 

The last festival that we are following are the newest one, BIG SLAP festival in Malmö on August 3. 

The line-up on BIG SLAP will contain 7 big names in the EDM scene and so far we have these acts ready: 

SEBASTIAN INGROSSO, NICKY ROMERO, NAUSE, ADRIAN LUX and DMITRI VEGAS & LIKE MIKE.

Big Slap @ FACEBOOK 

Big Slap is a collaboration between ÖRESUNDSGRUPPEN and KB (Kulturbolaget) and it will take place in Pildammsparken, 10 hours of dancing people.
