Up next, new music from Sweden and Pelotone with the EP "Nära" or Close in English. 

Pelotone is the solo project of Josefine Lindberg. She began composing music in 2014 with no previous experience in music production. 

Using analog synthezisers and drum machines, heavy influenced by the minimalistic sound of the 80’s, her synth pop creates a dystopian universe with a ray of hope in the horizon.

Now, in a deeply personal artistic statement, she releases Nära. Each song is carefully crafted to echo the delicate balance between the spiritual and the earthly. 

The lyrics in Swedish is creating an intimate experience that bridges the gap between performer and listener. 

Drawing inspiration from raw emotion, inner turmoil, and spiritual connections, Nära is pulling the audience closer to the artist’s emotional core. The use of Swedish as the primary lyrical medium creates an unspoken bond that speaks directly to the heart, enveloping listeners in an intimate world that feels both universal and deeply personal. 

Whether you speak the language or not, Nära speaks directly to, and from, the soul. It’s a celebration of music as a universal language—one that invites you to listen with more than just your ears. It’s a call to step closer and to share in on the beauty of vulnerability and raw expression.
