Todays first post is new music that came in my e-mail earlier this week from a small recordlabel from Germany in darkSIGN Records and one of the latest releases, the band Core In Motion and the great EP "Keep Me Alive"
The EP contains 5 damn good songs, a brand new from the band in the awesome track "Keep Me Alive", both with the original and a clubby banger remix by Sonic Sound Factory, as a DJ that I LOVE!!!
The US based Ruined Conflict have done a remix on the track "Lost" and finally Narcotic Elements stands for the last two remixes on the tracks "Not A Game" and "Fire In My Eyes"
I must say, this is a must have for the fans of future electro pop, so stream it on Spotify or buy it on their Bandcamp, definitely a favourite EP lately for me personally, and most definitely worth playing on Electric Cafe when the season starts up again.
About Core In Motion:
Core In Motion is a collaborative music project founded in early 2025 by German producer-duo Sven (formerly Out Of Sphere) and Thorsten (Cradle Of Haze, Inception Of Eternity, Schandpfahl, Sonic Sound Factory and more)
What started as a reconnection after years apart quickly evolved into a creative powerhouse. Sven brought an archive of unreleased songs and melodies, while Thorsten added his signature production style.
The vocals comes from Thorsten´s existing squad, crew in Kenneth and Ryo, known through their own projects and memberships (Absolon, Firesphere, Blutlaich, Ryo Utasato, Eli Van Pike and Inception Of Eternity)
Here we have the perfect example of a production process that couldn´t be more effective, Sven stands for the song in rough format with lyrics and vocals, Thorsten produces the song and adds his personal touch.
