He was one of the features on the PROMOMIX in May with his fantastic track "CHARGE".
The new EP "HEARTBEAT EP" will be out soon on PRESTON RECORDINGS and will also be available @ BEATPORT and other digital stores.
On the EP he get support from the singer SAM FISCHER.
The main track "HEARTBEAT" is a nice progressive electrohouse track with a great melody and a nice Nicky Romero riff even if Alex do it unique.
The other track "BEAUTIFUL LIGHTS" have just like the maintrack the same sound, a bit more vocal in the track though and not so distinct Romero sound, that track is more evolved and almost better than the maintrack of the EP.
With recent support from the likes of Chuckie, Mixmag, Larry Tee, Etienne De Crecy, D.O.N.S, Filth and Splendour, KissFM and Radio FG; Sydney based Alex Preston (formerly DJ Puma) is without a doubt one of Australia's most promising rising house music stars.
