SOMAYEAH

Oki, one more post, but this is the last one. 

This is new music and a brand new video, "SUMMERNIGHT" from Somayeah were launched today and it comes from Sweden even if it have oriental rhythms, we have a ethnic pop/dance tune, really good track. 

"SUMMERNIGHT" is written and produced by the former member of BASIC ELEMENT in Caesar Zamini, he got help in the writing by Johan Bejerholm and Fredrik Ström. 

Biography: 

Somayeah aka Soma yeah is a new upcoming female artist with a background as a dancer, model and choreographer. She was born in Iran, and moved after some years to Malaysia and also lived in Turkey for a while before she immigrated to Sweden with her family in the 90’s. 

Somayeah was destined for performing on stage since day one. Her love for music started from an early age. Her mother was a talented Persian singer, and has been an inspiration for her. 

She also started to dance at a young age and was always surrounded by music. As a young teenager Somayeah started a dance crew. They began performing in Sweden and Northern Europe. During that time she was very active and won several national dance contests (including 2nd place in the Swedish Championships of Street/Breakdance 2003). 

Somayeah toured with varoius artists worldwide and appeared in some music videos. Somayeah has her own dance company since 2007 and loves to teach and inspire others. In parallel with the dance, the music became her new passion in life. Her love for singing grew while she danced during her teens. 

Somayeah has recorded some songs over the years with various producers. A few years ago Somayeah decided that it was time to follow her passion as a singer. Somayeah has her own unique style, voice and identity. Her sound is a mixture of Pop/Rock/Electro with oriental rhythms. Working with some of the hottest producers and songwriters in Sweden, Somayeah is now ready to share her vibe with the rest of the world.
