A mail that dropped in the mail earlier this week was new music from April Afternoon and Pain In The Yeahs. 

"Walking Through Your Day" and the remix by Pain In The Yeahs is out now on Spotify.

The American dark wave producer Pain in the Yeahs has remixed ´Walking Through Your Day`, a song by the Amsterdam-based synthpop project April Afternoon. The remix infuses the song with an industrial and even EBM-inspired sound. 

About April Afternoon: 

April Afternoon is the synthpop project of Amsterdam-based producer Jelmer Luimstra, who is also the vocalist of the new wave band The Dark Wave. 

Last year, April Afternoon released its debut EP, Words, which includes the original version of Walking Through Your Day. Singles from the EP have been widely played on Dutch radio stations such as IndieXL and Pinguin Radio. 

Walking Through Your Day reached the 15th position on IndieXL's Indie Chart. Dutch music platform 3voor12 NH praised the "eclectic sound" of Words, while CamielMusic highlighted the "danceability" of the music. 

Pain in the Yeahs, also known as James K Ultra, is an emerging dark wave producer from Virginia. Last year, he released the album Dirty Pop.
