BERGWALL ft TEKLA

Thursday it is and the weekend are getting closer and closer every day, a sunny day here in Helsingborg today where my base is, a little cloudy but as long the SUN is here, I am happy.

Helsingborg have lots of good artists, if you look on the more wide scenes, we have mostly pop/rock stars like Smith & Thell or The Sounds, other wellknown names in the World is the synthgurus in Covenant or Elegant Machninery with success all over the World. 

This post though, is about Bergwall and Tekla.

Bergwall is a respected name all over the World, as a DJ but also as a recording artists on his own label of Wreckastow and the Worldwide label of Freakin 909 with names like Marshall Jeferson in the stable of artists for an example. 

Tekla is a new upcoming star, as a dj and producer but also a singer, she is a resident on nightclubs in Helsingborg and also often seen on festivals like Bayside Festival just to mention some. 

Now, these two have put their heads together and given us a new track. 

Pressrelease: 

This is a cover, but not really a cover. More like a remake. We took 2 sentences of an old track, changed the melody just slightly, made whole new music around it and voila - a new track with ingredients of an old track was born. 

It's also the first release with the talented singer Tekla, but not the last. I got a couple of other cool ideas in store for her. 

"If Your Girl Only Knew" is a vocal Jackin' House track leaning a little towards Tech.
